Our
Story
I’m Anne Adair-Major, founder of Adair–Major Consulting ​. I’ve worked with technology-driven companies since 2008, and in 2020 I started AMC because I kept seeing the same struggle everywhere I went. Companies would grow, but their ways of working wouldn’t keep up. Costs rose, reporting got messy, and leaders spent more time firefighting than building.​
I love helping teams and businesses find better ways of working so they can focus on what they do best. At AMC, I’m proud to have helped clients cut costs, streamline services, and deliver major national and global programmes.​
But here’s the truth: it’s better to get this right earlier. The same issues that trip up enterprises start much smaller, inside scaling businesses.
